      Dr. Kutugata is great but his staff is incompetent. I called & asked if they had a shot my kids needed & was told they did. I took my kids & was seen by the nurse who told me they had the shots & it wouldn't be long. Two hours sitting in the exam room & the nurse comes in & asks what we were there for, then leaves & comes back to tell me they didn't have the shots.
