- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It appears that some doctors in the RGV could care less about patient abuse. On three occasions I sat in their office waiting to see a doctor The last two times the doctor was NOT EVEN THERE. "She was on her way and would arrive any minute." I cannot understand NOT being there when patients are sitting there with appointments. It is as if they could care less about our time. Obviously, they are not very good at scheduling their time. It is pretty sad when the only person there when they open the door is the receptionists. "They are waiting for technicians to arrive from McAllen" before they can even start to see anyone. Needless to say I changed to Shah Eye Center where the doctors are there at opening for the first patient of the dayOctober 28, 2017by Joseph Dorsey
